Chemical-resistant suits are one of protective
suits of firemen. They are protective suits
preventing firemen from chemical dangerous
products or corrosive substances when they
put out fire and rush to deal with emergency
at fire or accident places with dangerous
biochemical products and corrosive substances.

3. Type and main performance
parameters
The properties of main
rubberized fabric:
a. Thickness: 0.45±0.05mm;
b. Tensile strength: no less than
450N/5cm in warp and weft direction;
c. Peeling strength: no less than
32N;
d. Anti-acid penetrating quality:
no infiltration of 80%H2SO4,
60%HNO3 and 30%HCl under 10mm liquid
column for 1 hour.
e. Anti-alkali penetrating quality:
no infiltration of 6.1mol/L NaOH3
under 10mm liquid column for 1 hour.

f. Anti-gasoline property:
dipping in 120# gasoline for 30S, no cracks
and not become sticky.
g. Flame resistance: after flame time: no
more than 2S; Flame retardancy time: no more
than 10S; Damaged length: no more than 10cm

h. Heat resistance: 120℃×24h, not become
sticky and brickle
I. Cold resistance: -25℃×5min, folding 180??,
no cracks
j. Adhesion strength between glum
film and fabric: no less than 780N/m;
k. Puncture resistance of tread: no less
than 780N
l. Electroinsulating property of tread:
no less than 5000V
m. Waterproofing property of shoe: dipping
in water for 2 hours, no water seepage
n. Anti-water logging property of chemical-resistant
suit: scoured by 5 3L/min water spray-heads,
no infiltration
o. Weight of the suit: no more than 5kg.
